Who I am
Hello my Loves. Let me tell you more...
I am a living breathing example of someone who has worked continually throughout their life to heal themselves.
I have healed a variety of physical, emotional and psychological issues and dis-eases over the years.
At times, this was very difficult, especially at times when I had to take personal accountability for allowing situations to spiral out of control. But I persevered.
Every time I went down I always went in, understood what was happening, learned the lessons and came back up again.
Me today…
I’ve personally grown and evolved – from a shy, introverted, unhappy child to a confident, empowered, positive woman who loves life.
Having learnt so much through my own personal experiences, today I am fortunate enough to have been given the gift of helping others.
As an Energy Healer, I work with my Clients to help them evolve to the next stage of their lives. I offer Energy Healing Massages, Distant Energy Healings and Intuitive Coaching Sessions.
My qualifications and experience:
LIFE IN THE CORPORATE WORLD, LONDON
I studied at South Bank University, London where I received a BA Hons in Business Administration. I have over 20 years of experience as a Corporate Recruiter gained in London. During my work, I interacted with thousands of people from many different parts of the world. This led me to a deeper understanding of human beings from all walks of life and how we function.
TRAINING IN MUMBAI, INDIA
I gained my Tera Mai Seikhem Energy Healing qualification although I use this training simultaneously with other methods.
* Seichem is a living energy and its elemental rays are:
- Rei-Ki – connected to the Earth element. Produces harmonisation and rebalances the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies.
- Sakara – connected to the element of Fire. Works on the aura and burns through and transforms blocks and resistance in the physical, emotional and mental bodies. Also balances the auric field.
- Sophi-El – connected to the element of Water. Can be felt as gentle waves, coolness or as an intense cold like ice. Reaches into the core of our emotional bodies and brings up root causes of imbalance. Helps in emotional and sexual healing.
- Angel-Light – works two ways, working with the element of Air and the Angelic Realm. Air expresses the qualities of communication enhancing the healer’s perception. Also facilitates an improved spiritual link between the Client, Healer and Ascended Master.
Seichem is a powerful tool balancing both masculine and feminine energies of power and transformation. It helps release deeply held thought forms in the etheric, emotional and mental bodies. These in turn create symptoms of disease and restricted flow of energy in the physical body. The energy blocks are dissolved with ease, as our perceptions are refined, working with Seichem.

MORE RECENT TRAINING
Currently, I am qualified in Holistic Massage gained from The School of Natural Health Sciences. I am studying Reflexology, Meridian Psychotherapy and Anatomy & Physiology. Also, I am a member of The Guild of Energists.
In my life, I have always naturally attracted people who needed help or direction. Having experienced so much in my own lifetime, I have been able to provide support, understanding and practical tools and resources to help.
In 2017, I felt a calling to come to Italy to do the work I was born to do.
How I got here
I’ve always had an innate desire to help others. I’m highly sensitive, highly intuitive and highly empathic. Being born with these three traits presented many situations in my life where I had to resolve problems in order to survive. I had no other choice – but experiencing all of this was also the making of me.
Whenever I have been out of ease (in dis-ease,) I have always refused to accept my diagnosis and continue life with the condition. Instead, I do everything in my power to turn the situation around, therefore eradicating the problem.
This I have done for numerous health problems including:
- Spinal injury with 2 protruding discs
- Alopecia
- IBS – irritable bowel syndrome
- Sinusitis
- Serious neck injury
- Skin rash that a top private dermatologist could not diagnose
- OCD – obsessive compulsive disorder
- Whiplash injury
- Heart murmur
- Various infections including urine, ear, eye and cystitis
- Sharp and shooting pain in my rectal region, sexual organs and breasts that medical professionals could not diagnose
For every one of these conditions, I took some time out and through meditation, accessed the Infinite Wisdom inside of me. This helped me to better understand why this had happened and what lessons could be learned or what behaviour needed correcting. After this, the energy frequency changed and I completely healed.
I must point out, that it did use to take me some time to get to the point where I wanted to turn it around! Honestly speaking, I did wallow in the pain and anxiety of ‘why me’ before I got to this stage. Once I was able to get past this point and the more I practiced this method, the more I experienced the profound results of this work.
The evidence is clear for me and many others that I have worked with over the years.
What I do to maintain my energy body
I work hard to ensure my energy is clean and elevated to the level where I can do my job at the best possible standard. My process includes doing the following on a regular basis:
- Meditation
- Yoga & Qi Gong
- Balancing my Chakras
- Energy Healing Myself
- Eating Good, Clean Food
- Spending lots of Time in Nature
- Reading Books that help me Evolve
