A good, albeit fairly basic explanation, of the Heart Chakra….<\/b><\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

Heart Chakra Meaning<\/b> – It is two-fold: 1. your love in your relationships both intimate and other, to the world, yourself and then 2. how each of these express their love towards you.<\/p>\n

Purpose<\/b> – For you to overcome the challenges of your heart, operate with the purest form of love possible for you and for you to receive love to the standard that you enjoy and deserve.<\/p>\n

Body Part<\/b> – Breasts\/Chest, Diaphragm, Heart, Lungs, Thymus Gland, shoulder blades and Shoulders but especially the top half of the torso.<\/p>\n

Some of the Associated Problems<\/b> – any kind of heart problems including heart attacks, palpitations, irregular heartbeats, pain or tension in the heart region, high or low blood pressure, lung issues including infections, asthma and bronchitis, discomfort in the shoulders or shoulder blades, dislocated shoulder, rotator cuff injury and poor circulation.<\/p>\n

At an emotional level<\/strong>, not being able to love yourself or others, refraining from a high engagement in life, being manipulative or emotionally destructive towards others, a lack of empathy, not being able to forgive, feeling unworthy, not trusting others and being emotionally unstable are all traits associated with a blocked Heart Chakra.<\/p>\n

Located<\/b> – right in the centre of your chest. Feel it out. Ask it where it is for you and you should start to feel a tingling sensation.<\/p>\n

Colour<\/b> – Can be fully pink or fully green or a mixture of pink and green.<\/p>\n

Crystals<\/b> – Rose Quartz, Aventurine, Jade and various others especially if they are pink or green.<\/p>\n

Sound Frequency<\/b> \u2013 operates best at 639Hz. <\/i>A good thing to do to maintain, heal or enhance your Heart Chakra is to listen to music at this frequency. There are plenty of video\u2019s available online these days. This one is a 9 hour Heart Chakra healing video<\/a> that I like to put on whilst I sleep. If you do have a listen, try to tune into the music for a more profound healing experience. Additionally, this will also help you stay focussed on the present moment and prevent your mind from wondering.<\/p>\n

If this interests you, do some research and find out what other associated things there are to the Heart Chakra. Trust that your intuition will always lead you to the right direction for you.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

I have many clients who approach me with issues of the heart. I find that they can be from one end of the spectrum where they are too open and loving and that causes them problems and pain or at the other end where they have closed themselves off to love due to bad experiences of the past.<\/p>\n
